Whatever you need to achieve your fitness goals…look and FEEL better! Lose weight, learn about nutrition, mobility/yoga, step class…and much, much more! VFI Athletics has the program for YOU!

You can also continue to participate in our “Live” Streaming classes on Zoom. Private Training Sessions or Group exercise classes for ADULTS of ANY fitness level. We offer HIIT, LIIT, Strength, Conditioning, Mobility and Yoga.
