We are working with Elementary, Middle school and High school athletes on developing and improving movement patterns, acceleration, deceleration, all out speed, agility AND strength building. Our goal is to make sure athletes are fit and ready to play during the Fall 2026 sports season, because Championships are WON in the SUMMER BEFORE the Season BEGINS.

We create Customized programs for groups, teams or individual athletes by manipulating these 3 basic elements. We offer athletic and performance training for athletes of every age and skill level. Each program is tailored to the support athletes of ALL sports - Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Track, Tennis, Life.

Summer Sports Performance Training 3x a Week - Session 1 (SINGLE PAYMENT)

The off-season allows time to dedicate resources to learning to move properly, build muscle, and work on mobility and power training. All of this will help them become a better overall athlete. 3x a week. Session 1. June 1 - July 10 / 6 Weeks.

Level 1 Youth Sports Performance - 3x a week

The Spring season allows time to dedicate resources to learning to move properly, build muscle, and work on mobility and power training. All of this will help our Middle School age students become better overall athletes. Monthly option with 3 session per week.

Elementary-age kids need activity, game play and overall fitness now more than ever! Youth sports performance programs offer a wide array of benefits for young athletes, which include: boost confidence, reduce the risk of injury and improve physical, mental, and social development.

Our Youth Performance Class incorporates throwing, pushing, pulling, running, jumping, and twisting. All of these things help improve strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic ability while also teaching teamwork, discipline and resilience.
